Wear casual, stretchy clothing for this hatha style class.  Bring your yoga mat, blocks and straps if you have them.  Beginners welcome, all levels invited.  Marilyn Peitso, MD, is a retired pediatrician and a 550 hr Yoga Alliance Certified instructor.

Breakfast Club meets on the third Wednesday of every month during the school year and is open to all high school students. It’s a wonderful way to start the day with a free breakfast and a short devotion to feed both body and spirit.
